Studio Magic Hour
For this project, I collaborated with Studio Magic Hour, a design strategy and coaching studio dedicated to supporting organizations across the food ecosystem.
Their work spans across non-profits, small businesses, corporations, and academic institutions—all tied together by a belief that food is both cultural and communal, and that equity should be at the center of how we design for it.

My challenge was to translate this philosophy into illustration. Rather than creating a generic set of food icons, we set out to celebrate the richness of global food traditions. From everyday meals to culturally specific dishes, each illustration was chosen to honor the diversity of food cultures around the world.
The final deck became more than just a visual asset—it was a tool for Studio Magic Hour to communicate their values. Whether in digital presentations or printed materials, the illustrations remind their audiences that food equity is rooted in recognizing and valuing many different perspectives, traditions, and stories.
